Shipping Information


When will my order be processed?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-7 business days from the order date. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-7 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take anywhere from 1 - 20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders depending on the shipping service you selected during checkout. Please note that once your package(s) is / are turned over to the shipping carrier, we have no control over how long the shipping actually takes. We will not be responsible for any orders that are not delivered in a timely fashion. Due to the ongoing worldwide COVID-19 Pandemic, most shipping carriers no longer guarantee shipping times. Again, if your package does not arrive by the time you expected, we will not refund or cancel any orders for this reason as we have no control over shipping carriers.

What happens if my package is not delivered or delivered to wrong address?

If your package is returned to us due to being undeliverable for any reason because of the name and/or address you provided during checkout, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping fee to have the package resent to you. If it was a due to a mistake on OUR part, we will pay for the shipping fee to have it resent to you. We will not be liable for any mistakes in delivery once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier. You will need to contact the appropriate carrier to rectify the situation.

Do you ship internationally?

If you are interested in our products and are not from the United States, please email us and we will let you know if we can ship to you. Please provide us your complete shipping address in the email so we can also calculate the shipping fees.

**NOTE- if you are from outside the United States, please do not ask us to lie about the contents of the package either on the box and / or on the customs forms. We apologize but we will not violate any laws in order to ship to international addresses. 

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. At the current time, any orders shipped to NEW YORK State residents will be charged the appropriate state and county sales tax. 
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We ship using the following carriers: FedEXUPS & United States Postal Service (USPS). 

We reserve the right to ship using the most efficient carrier that we feel would be best to ship the package to your location. We reserve the right to change to a carrier other than one you selected during checkout if we feel the service would be either the same or better. We will not downgrade your service, but will either use the same or better.
